Return and Cancellation Policy

At Spanglish Languages, we understand that plans can change. Below are the terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • Course Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel your course, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to the course start date. In this case, we will refund the full amount minus an administrative fee of €100. The student will also be responsible for any bank charges incurred.

  • Late Cancellations:
    If cancellation is made less than 10 days before the course begins, no refund will be issued. Likewise, no refunds are provided once the course has started.

  • Individual Lessons:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the missed class will be considered as taken and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Course Changes and Group Availability:
    If there are not enough students to form a group before or during the course, Spanglish Languages reserves the right to offer an alternative group or individual lessons, with the number of hours adjusted accordingly.

  • Missed Classes and Holidays:
    Group classes that coincide with public holidays will not be rescheduled, except for individual classes, which may be rearranged by prior agreement.
